Last Friday while speaking to a closed meeting of the Trilateral Commission, Secretary of State John Kerry raised the ante in his bid to keep his Middle East peace initiative alive. While lamenting the latest collapse of the talks, Kerry cast blame for the outcome on both Israel and the Palestinians but made it clear that the consequences for the former would be far more serious. In the recording of his comments, which was obtained by the Daily Beast, Kerry not only repeated his past warnings that if peace wasn’t reached Israel would be faced with a new round of violence from the Palestinians as well as increased boycott efforts. He went further and said that the alternative to an Israeli acceptance of a two-state solution was that it would become “an apartheid state.”
It’s hard not to admire Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas’s brazenness.
Two weeks ago, Abbas signed on to 15 international agreements that among other things require the PA to respect human rights and punish war criminals.
And this week, he signed a unity deal with two genocidal terror groups all of whose leaders are war criminals. Every leader of Hamas and Islamic Jihad, the two parties that signed the deal with the PLO, are war criminals. Under the Geneva Conventions, which Abbas signed onto just a couple of weeks ago, he is required to put them on trial, for their war crimes.
Here it is worth noting that under the Geneva Conventions, every single rocket launch from Gaza into Israeli territory is a separate war crime.

Israeli police have released footage of the clashes between Islamists and riot police on the Temple Mount this week. The video shows Muslim extremists hurling rocks and shooting firecrackers at police from inside the Al Aqsa Mosque complex on Judaism’s holiest site. Temple Mount activists have condemned authorities for their conduct during the riots, which have taken place since the eve of Pesach (Passover), which started Monday evening, saying police were giving in to Islamist threats by banning Jews from the site in response to Muslim violence.
Israeli security officials said on Wednesday evening that they would ultimately have to force their way into al-Aqsa mosque, atop the Temple Mount in Jerusalem’s Old City, because hundreds of young Arab Palestinian men are now routinely stockpiling large quantities of rocks and slabs of stone there to attack security forces The unnamed officials, quoted by Israel’s Channel 2 news, were speaking hours after dozens of Arab Palestinian terrorist and an Israeli policeman were wounded on the Mount when clashes broke out soon after the holy site was opened to Jewish visitors on Wednesday morning.
However, the Israeli security officials said young Palestinian men were being allowed to hide out in the mosque by the authorities from the Waqf, or Muslim Trust, that administers the site, and that they used the holy place as a stronghold for what have now become routine attacks on Israeli security forces. The officials were quoted saying that, sooner or later, there would be “no choice but to storm” the mosque. At the same time, they acknowledged that this is precisely what the Palestinian protesters hope will happen, since the sight of armed Israeli security personnel forcing their way into the third holiest site in Islam could prompt a surge in anti-Israeli protests throughout the Arab world.
U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry is scheduled to return to Israel Wednesday and meet Palestinian Authority chairman Mahmoud Abbas in Ramallah to conclude another black chapter of Israel’s winding itself around President Barack Obama’s little finger.
Everything is apparently is place for the proposed deal of “Pollard in exchange for terrorists and another year of talks,” in reality a stretched version of Palestinian Authority ultimatums.
Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas’s Fatah party is not ruling out a violent struggle against Israel, a senior member of the party recently said. “None of us, especially in Fatah, has ruled out the military options,” declared Fatah Central Committee member Abbas Zaki in an interview which aired on February 26 on Hezbollah’s Al-Manar television. “There is a big difference between addressing the consciences of the enemies, so that they will listen to you and so that you can denounce your rival, and between being unable to restrain the masses, when sacrifices are warranted, and there is hope [for gains] through resistance and confrontation,” said Zaki. “None of us, especially in Fatah, has ruled out the military options. We have not forgotten our principles or our goals – not even at our sixth congress, which was held in Bethlehem [in August 2009], where we adhered to our entire legacy of struggle, so that it can be resorted to at the right time,” he added.
This is not the first time that Zaki has issued threats against Israel. Just two months ago, he told Syrian TV that any peace agreement will simply be the “first stage” in eradicating Israel altogether. In response to concern expressed by the interviewer that any deal would be “deficient”, insofar as it would “only” require Israel to cede Judea and Samaria, a smiling Zaki urged calm. “You can relax. We find ourselves united for the first time. Even the most extreme among us, Hamas, or the fighting forces, want a state within the ’67 borders [sic]. Afterward, we [will] have something to say, because the inspiring idea cannot be achieved all at once. [Rather] in stages,” he responded. Fatah is often touted as a “moderate peace partner” of Israel, but its leaders have continued to threaten Israel and incite against it, even as talks has continued. On a recent trip to Iran, senior Fatah member Jibril Rajoub pledged to continue “the resistance” against the Jewish state. Months before that, the same Rajoub threatened to use a nuclear weapon against Israel. Throughout the peace process, the PA has continued to glorify terrorists who murdered innocent Israelis.

Syrian forces are committing war crimes by using the starvation of civilians as a weapon of war, according to a new report by Amnesty International on crimes committed against Palestinian and Syrian civilians in the Damascus suburb of Yarmouk.
The report, “Squeezing the life out of Yarmouk: War crimes against besieged civilians,” comes ahead of the third anniversary of the civil war in Syria and highlights the deaths of nearly 200 Yarmouk residents since the siege around it was tightened in July 2013. Access to food, fuel, and medical supplies was cut off in Yarmouk as well as in other districts of the capital and other areas near major cities such as Homs and Aleppo.
Neil Sammonds, the lead researcher of the report, told The Jerusalem Post that in the last few weeks, since they finished the report, the situation has gotten worse.
Food deliveries by the UN Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) stopped in March, said Sammonds.
In addition, armed rebel groups such al-Qaida’s Syrian branch, the Nusra Front, and its rival jihadist group, the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL), have returned to the camp, he said, as they have secret ways to break through the siege.
“Palestinian People” – A 20th Century Invention to Legitimize Terrorism

|There has never been an independent state in Palestine ruled by Muslims
Palestine was an ancient name for the geographic region of Israel or Terra Sancta ruled either by Jews or Christians. No ‘Palestinian Arab people’ existed until 1920, when the British occupying force carved out a ‘Palestine.’ The Invented Palestinian People: “No Arabic-speaking Muslims identified themselves as ‘Palestinian’ until 1920, when, in rapid order this appellation and identity was adopted by the Muslim Arabs living in the British mandate of Palestine.”
PLO leader admitted the “Palestinian people” are just an invention to unite Arabs and to destroy Israel: “The Palestinian people does not exist…Only for political and tactical reasons do we speak today about the existence of a Palestinian people, since Arab national interests demand that we posit the existence of a distinct ‘Palestinian people’ to oppose Zionism,” said Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) executive committee member, Zahir Muhsein, in a 1977 interview with the Dutch newspaper Trouw.
PHILISTIA IN THE TIME OF JESUS (4 B.C. – 30 A.D.) but there was never a “Nation of Palestine” as Islamists and leftists want us to believe. In reality, Palestine was an ancient name for a vague geographic region of Israel or Terra Sancta ruled either by Jews or Christians. No “Palestinian Arab people” existed until 1920, when the British occupying force carved out a “Palestine.” (Map via the Library of Congress)–
